Transfer Video Tape to DVD, Transfer Camcorder Tapes to DVDTransfer your video and camcorder tapes to DVD, and have your precious memories preserved in digital format forever. We can convert VHS, VHS-C, Super VHS, SVHS-C,
Betamax, 8mm, Hi8, Video8, Digital 8, and miniDV formats. |
How We Convert Video Tape to DVDWe use professional players to transfer the tapes to DVD in the order you specify, usually in chronological order. Each DVD will accomodate up to 4 hours of older analogue tapes, or two hours of digital camcorder tapes. Time Based Restoration When we convert from VHS, VHS-C, Super VHS, SVHS-C, Betamax, 8mm and Hi8 analogue tapes, the video signal is passed through a time base corrector, which stabilises, strengthens and enhances the images from your older tapes. Digital 8 and miniDV digital tapes are captured via firewire digital connection, ensuring no loss in quality. Your recordings are then captured to DVD employing the latest professional software and hardware. |

Video and Camcorder Cassette Tape RepairWe can usually carry out a temporary repair to damaged or broken tape cassettes in order to transfer them. |
Price List - Convert Video to DVDWe charge per hour of recording, rather than per tape. So for example if the length of a tape is three hours, but the recording on it only lasts for one hour, we only
transfer and charge for that hour. The running time of each recording you supply is added together to determine the total running time of your order. The charge is then calculated at the hourly
transfer rate. |
