Media Transfer Mail Order and Visiting Us



Mail Order
Sending Your Media - You can send your media to us from anywhere in the world (address to send to on 'Contact Us' page). We recommend you use a secure delivery service.
In the UK, please send your media using a secure courier service, or the Post Office's 'Special Delivery' service which guarantees next day delivery with insurance, and requires a signature on delivery.
Please include your name, address, email address and telephone number in the package, together with a brief note of your requirements.
We will inspect your media, and then contact you with a quotation.

Receiving Your Order
Unless you request otherwise, we will either -

* Whenever possible, send you your original media together with the resulting transfers / conversions / copies, and retain a digital master for 60 days from dispatch.

* Send you only the resulting transfers / conversions / copies, and on your confirmation of receipt, send you the original media.



Visiting Us
You are welcome to call in with your media by appointment.
During your visit, we will inspect the media and, when appropriate, provide you with our assesment on it's condition.
We will also advise you of the services we can offer you in order to digitize or duplicate and obtain the best results from your media, together with prices.
